Straight talk, worth it or not?

The breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally helpful, providing great recommendations and making our stay enjoyable.

Getting to the hotel involved navigating uphill paths, which could be challenging, especially with heavy luggage. Furthermore, I encountered some inconsistency in the customer service received during check-in.

We had a lovely time as a family with our Matterhorn view room, which was spacious and had a nice patio for relaxing. The breakfast was a standout, and there was also a great leisure area for unwinding after our daily adventures. Just a heads up, the hill getting up to the hotel might be tricky for some, but it's totally worth it! 😊

I enjoyed staying here for two nights. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh items. My room had a lovely view of the Matterhorn. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a short walk to local attractions. 🌄

Exceptional cleanliness with remarkable Matterhorn view.

I had a great experience during my family stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the cheese selection which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also, we appreciated the quick assistance with ordering a taxi to catch our train, which added a nice touch to our trip. However, I found the bathroom layout a bit cramped and could have used more space while showering.

Just had an awesome week with friends. We loved the easy access to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and all the breathtaking views in the ski area! The breakfast was amazing, and the bar area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. A tip for future guests, if you're coming with big luggage, definitely book the electric taxi service to make arrivals easier.

The only downside was navigating some hilly paths with our luggage, but it wasn't a major issue. Just something to keep in mind if you have a lot to carry!

Despite the charm, navigating from the train station can be a workout, as the uphill walk is tough with luggage. The room felt cramped for a double, lacking basic amenities like daily coffee refills or an electric kettle, which can be frustrating. Those with large bags might want to consider the electric taxi option instead of the steep trek. Lastly, the misrepresentation regarding room features left some guests feeling disappointed, particularly regarding the views that didn’t meet expectations.

Cozy room, excellent breakfast, with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, and access to ski storage for hassle-free adventures in the snow.

Not obvious to find without prior communication for shuttle arrangements.

The boot heaters in the ski room were excellent, but the room felt cramped.

The views from my balcony were absolutely breathtaking, giving me a daily sunrise show with the majestic Matterhorn as my backdrop. I loved starting each morning with an extensive breakfast buffet featuring everything from fresh fruits to delicious cheeses. The attentive staff effortlessly arranged all my hiking adventures and provided personalized local tips that made my stay even more special.
